Jenny Vatrenko
Ievgeniia Vatrenko, known professionally as Jenny, represents plaintiffs and defendants in disputes involving securities, digital assets, and cryptocurrencies throughout the United States and internationally. Involved in the digital assets industry since 2017, her practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, securities and investor protection matters, and regulatory issues arising from digital asset transactions.
Before founding Vatrenko Law P.C., Jenny spent nearly a decade as a commercial litigator at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP and as a criminal prosecutor at the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted cases in the Sex Crimes Bureau.
At BSF, Jenny represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. She has represented institutional investors in securities fraud class actions, conducted internal investigations, and handled matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, and contractual disputes across multiple industries.
